CHOCOLATE SCORPIONS
Scorpions dipped in red pepper & ginger chocolate 

Serves  4     Hours 1 h      Difficulty easy​

Ingredients
  • 6 big black scorpions
  • 6 small forest scorpions
  • 100 gr dark chocolate 
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 4 slices of ginger
  • 50 ml almond milk
  • 50 gr hazelnuts (optional)
Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Cut the red pepper and ginger into very small pieces.
  3. Break the chocolate into a pan and warm the chocolate until soft au bain marie.
  4. Add the red pepper and ginger and stir until soft.
  5. Lay the different scorpions on a plate and drizzle the warm chocolate over.
  6. (Optional: mash the hazelnuts until very fine and sprinkle it over the scorpions).
  7. Wait till the chocolate gets hard. Enjoy !​
